HOW TO USE
Apply every morning and evening immediately following your cleanse with Gentle Cleansing Milk and/or Energizing Cleansing Gel. You may apply the toner directly to the skin with clean hands for a refreshing boost or use a cotton pad to gently sweep the formula over the face, neck, and décolleté, taking care to avoid the eye area. If your routine includes the Active Exfoliant Resurfacing Liquid (7% or 10%), always apply the Hydrating Toner after the exfoliant has been rinsed off to rebalance and prepare the skin for your serum.
